Update

We’ve been in Ko-Phangan for about 5 days so far, and I have to say that this is - by far - the nicest place that I have ever been. This is essentially why I haven’t really been blogging much since I arrived, I’ve been busy relaxing on beaches, driving my scooter around the island and drinking cocktails, watching the sun set. If you’re reading this and you’re jealous, then I don’t apologise; just come here for yourself and you’ll understand what I mean. For starters… On the day we arrived, I think I went a bit mental, due to lack of sleep. So the first day was a write off, I more or less made Susie do everything for me :D I felt really self conscious doing anything, and I didn’t even feel like talking to the locals. I basically had dinner and then fell asleep. The next day though (Thursday 17th) was much better. I’d rested fully in the most amazing bed, got up, had a thai massage (which was killer, but damn it sorted my back out :D) followed by breakfast. We then made a journey to Siam Square by taxi, and spent the day at the MBK center. ...
